Youi imply in your comment that humans are 'bound' by Gods' commandments. To me that implies the impossibility of breaking them and thus the absence of 'free will'.

As to Gods' adherence to his own commandments:

"Thou shalt not kill." but it's perfectly all right to flood vthe Earth and kill most of the inhabitants? To burn Sodom to the ground with everyone in it? To slay Onan for 'spilling his seed'?

"Thous shalt not steal": But the Tribes of Israel were commanded to take the lands of the peoples of Palestine.

"Thou shalt not commit adultery." Mary was already engaged, if not married, to Joseph when God forced her to bear his child.

'Nuff said!
