I'm reminded of the time when Jane Fonda told Terry Wogan that whether or not she'd had a nose job was nobody's business but hers. Unfortunately for her, Terry' other guest was Sir Robin Day, who duly went full Grand Inquisitor on her on the grounds that as an actress whose career depended in large part on her appearance, she had to accept that any change to said appearance was a matter of 'legitimate public interest'.

No wonder they never gave Robin Day a chat show!
