Men, designed for hunting, combat and to die like flies, are driven to exert power by physical dominance and are not risk-averse. The male psychopath is therefore readier to kill and less likely to consider consequences.

Women, engineered to create and run communities and to preserve themselves and their children (actual or potential), assert dominance by other means - social or emotional, and do so while minimising risk to themselves. The female psychopaths are the office 'Queen Bees', the women who work their way onto every Church committee, the coffee morning hostesses, the WI Chairs and Secretaries. They are highly-regarded, law-abiding, respected women. Leaders of the community who rule their minions with an iron hand, establishing a rigid hierarchy and ruthlessly hounding out those who don't comply.

You don't meet them because, legally at least, they do nothing wrong.
