You don't even know what science is for, do you?

Science is a method by which information about phsyical phenomena is observed, noted to be consistent and proved consistently reproductible by experiment. That information is then passed to engineers who do something practical with it.

Science asks what, where, how and when, not why and not who. The latter two are not relevant to science. They are questions for philosophy and metaphysics.
