Whole thing's getting tangled now!

Mum and step-Dad say the BBC ignored them, but they talked to them 'for an hour'.

Step-dad says he told the police who told him nothng illegal had happened.

BBC say they had a complaint in May but were not able to contact complainers. Then 'more allegations' turned up last week.

Lawyers for 'young person' ( who it seems is together enough to hire them and can afford to pay them, depite the raging depression and the crack habit) claim that they asked the paper not to publish and have told the Beeb that 'nothing inappropriate happened' and that parents are talking 'rubbish'.

Parents and paper are standing by their story.

Beeb and Met are saying as little as possible while endeavouring to find out WTF has actually been going on.

SWMBO figures parents found out about youngsters' £35K stash and want a slice of it.

I figure somebody is angling for some compensation! Or their 15 minutes. Or both.

Am also wondering how exactly one defines 'explicit'. Some folk pay good money for pictures of bare feet, apparently!
