What in the world is any 3-5 year old doing spending time on any kind of screen except the TV? Even the TV should only be on to keep the little buggers sitting still at lunchtime and out of the kitchen while dinner is being cooked! My granddaughters (8 and 10) are allowed an hour each of 'tablet time' a day. Their father gave them a smart phone which my daughter promptly confiscated and gave back to him!
