I quite generally avoid being categorical myself. But, as an atheist, I've had to explain my lack of belief to family, teachers and others quite frequently. To do so requires as much, if not more, study of Christian texts than many priests undertake. On the basis of this, I can say with fair certainty that any professed Christian who interacts with either non-Christians or Christians of a different sect without actively trying to convert them at any opportunity, is not following the strict rules of their faith. There are a great many so-called Christian who fall short on this obligation!
