Um, we may be a bit further along here. I mean there's still racism, don't get me wrong, but it's becoming less and less respectable. An awful lot of people were very angry about the way the tabloids treated the Duchess of Sussex, for instance - including many of their base market readers. These days, if you start that sort of thing, there will always be somebody ready and willing to jump all over you about it. But the microaggressions still often slip through the net.

Unfortunately, the corollary to that is that there are a few PoC -usually muslims - who are going to 'play the race card' every time things don't go their way. It is isn't one thing, it's another!
