Too simplistic. Things happen we can't explain. Some people are Psykers who can see, hear and occasionally do things others can't. But these things are natural, not 'super' natural, they are normal, not 'para' normal. The only difference between them and the physical phenomena we uhderstand is that nobody has spent the time and effort in studying them, and developing a methodology for doing so. This is not down to the scientists, but the 'other' supernaturalists -the established religions - who have spent millennia forbidding and discouraging such studies, and actively persecuting those who attempted to carry them out. Science, restricted by politics to study of the physical world, has made a virtue of necessity and adopted a physicalist mindset that they can't break out of.

So the world teems with phenomena which are perfectly natural, but for which physical science can find no explanation. Therefore, until we can find a way to understand them, they are simply there, like a rock or a tree. We know what they are, but not how and why they work. I am unwilling to venture an explanation for them and I reserve the right to be skeptical about such explanations as are offered until and unless they become more consistent, both internally and between each other.
