There is only one reality and I suspect it to be both non-physical and physical. I know yonder wall is physically real because no matter how hard I beleive I can, I still can't walk through it. Other than it's physical properties, it has its non-physical ones, such as its' temporal status. It was not always there, and some day it will not be there any more. If it has one non-physical property, it will likely have others, but we don't know what they are.

Physical obects are simply there. You can argue about how they are perceived in various ways, but their reality is absolute for all practical purposes.

'Mental' reality is a whole different thing.. In dreams I CAN walk through walls and fly if I want to. Not while I'm awake, though. But I'm the only actual person in that dream, it's inside my head and nowhere else.
