The two Christophers - Milne and Tolkien - seem to have made very poor life-choices. One sulking in a bookshop, the other spending his life going through his fathers' waste-baskets looking for more snippets to publish!

I suppose we should be thankful that H P Lovecraft never bred. I seriously shudder to think!
