You have completely missed the point of Frankenstein, which is about how the innately good nature of humanity (the Creature), can be corrupted through the neglect of those morally responsible for it - the Churches, Governments and others in authority (as represented by Victor Frankenstein, who is not and never was a doctor). Frankenstein fails, not in creating his Creature, but by abandoning him.
Your use of the words 'transgression' and 'transgressive' imply the deliberate breaking of laws and rules. What laws and what rules? Laid down by whom?
