Some songs end up giving folk the horrors through no fault of their own. Otis Reddings' Dock of the Bay is no doubt a good song, and I understand it to be highly-regarded by many. However, during one long summer when I had my radio alarm set to wake me with the radio, some gremlin or other decreed that, for two weeks solid, I woke up to that song! Now I simply canlt listen to it any more!
