Qwll, let's see, you can orevent folk under 18 or 21 from having alcohol becuase it might be bad for them. You can make all kinds of laws and do every dirty trick in the book to prevent people from getting hold of narcotics becuase that might be bad for them. But since both alcohol and narcotics are inanimate, how can they possibly be harmful? Must be the people who take them! So we can abolish laws against underage drinking and use of heroin, cocaine, etc as long as we make sure only sensible people use them, right?
