Poor Jodie Whittaker! A first-class actor shoved into a role she wasn't suited for and with as Woke wanker for a showrunner. Right at the start of her run, Chibnall the Idiot prouidly announced that he would be deliberately commissioning scripts from writers who did NOT write SF. Result, lousy scripts, because SF is not a genre you can dip into and out of, you either write it or you don't. And Doctor Who, at base is SF! About solving problems caused by wonky tech or aliens we don't understand, or blowing up the aliens we uderstand only too well! Jodie tried her best, but even with good scripts, she was still too young. They should have had Jo Martin as the Doctor and Jodie as a companion.

The character of The Doctor was conceived as 'a crotchety old man', and while it made sense for him to regenerate younger they should never let the character become too young! The almost pre-pubescent Matt Smith was really quite poor.

"Hello! I'm the Doctor!"

"Does your Mum know you're out?"
