Once more with feeling!
A professional photographer is strongly anti-pornography, believing that it demeans and dehumanises women and desensitises men. They have not included this information in their promotional material.
They are approached by a female customer who wants them to take a series of nude, highly-sexualised photographs of herself to put in an album for her male partner. These photographs are to be private, between the couple, and not for public display.
The photographer declines the commission on the grounds stated above.
Should the customer:
a) Look for another photographer.
b) Sue this photographer for discriminating against her on grounds of her and her partners’ sexual practices.
