OK, so when was any American politician -including Bernie Sanders - ever positioned anywhere except slightly to the right of Attila the Hun?

Neither Sanders nor Obama was ever far enough left to be allowed into Reform UK, never mind Sunaks' Tories!

Obama was hard right, just like all the Democrats. So is Sanders. Even Maggie Bloody Thatcher was too middle of the road to be a US Democrat.

You elect a right-winger, you get right-wing policies, and there are no left-wingers in the US.
