Oh, there are so many interesting things here!

What's with all the "why?". Don't need a reason. The Universe is here, we're in it, let's just get on with the business of making our lives better. I think that's what they call being pragmatic?

There are some things we will never know or understand. Our intelligence and our senses are both limited. We can't perceive more than a fraction of what's actually there, and we're not clever enough to figure all of it out. That's recognising our limitations, which is healthy.

Something may have always existed. Might not have been this particular Universe or anything like it, or it might have been just the same. The whole process could be cyclic or evolutionary or entropic. Either way, we're unlikely to find out next week, and we may never do so.

If there is a First Cause, is it conscious? Intelligent? Like us but more powerful and smarter? Or so totally beyond and unlike us that we'll never understand it? Is it even aware of us?

I cannot conceive of a being so advanced, yet so needy that it requires the adoration of species of evolved ape!

If God is around, then I have words for Them! They don't get my worship, for sure. They dropped us into this shitstorm we call life and left us to get on with it, so I've no intention of kowtowing to Them. All theist fairy stories to the contrary, every solution to every problem we've encountered thus far has been a human one, God hasn't lifted Their Divine Pinkie to help. So, Your Deityship, either get Your Holy Finger out of Your Celestial Arse and muck in, or leave us the Hell alone!
