Not necessarily the working class, just the soccer fans, who alwys have and always will be braying idiots. These aren't the people who voted for Brexit -they are mostly insufficiently literate to fill in a ballot paper correctly - but those who don't vote because "It doesn't matter who you vote for, the government always gets in . Hur, hur, hur!"

Soccer is a game of by and for Chavs, the dregs of society. The real British working class (ie the ones who will work when they can) tend to watch Rugby.
