Justice will not be done in the Floyd case until and unless Derek Chauvin is charged with and convicted of First-Degree murder, sentenced to life without parole, and has his pension benefits stripped. Just as would have happened to a Black man who had intentionally killed a White man.

Speaking as an Englishman, White Americans do have things to apologise for. Centuries of racism. Centuries of a brutal imperialism that makes even us Brits cringe (and we know all about imperialism). Then there's that little matter of treason....
