I do upon occasion write about myself, my life and the effect it has had on me. Partly this is because writing is how I take things out and look at them, and partly because, despite the attentions of the Black Dog, I'm still here, still swinging and I hope that other people in the same boat will read my stuff and get encouragement from it. If that makes me a narcissist, so be it. Just another problem to add to the list!

On the other hand, I do blather on about a plethora of topics, so maybe not so much....
