I already said that. A simple, consistent, unversally-accessible process that allows us all to be aware of this 'spirit-essence'. At the moment, and with all due respect, I find most if not all experiences of the spiritual to be either intensely individual and hence probably subjective, or too much in line with one or another of the 'established' metaphysical/religious worldviews to be other than informed by the persons' prior beliefs.

So the process needs to be universally available and usable, and the experience unversally consistent. Not identical necessarily, but consistent within acceptable levels of variance.
