For the record, I've yet to see a supernatural menace that was anywhere near as scary as 'human' villains Norman Bates and Hannibal Lecter.

Also, there are few if any supernatural beings that can match the sheer inhumanity of the Daleks and Vorlons, the creepiness of the Silence or the outright scariness of the Weeping Angels!
