Anne and I are sort of organised. She has all the Terry Pratchett and Anne McCaffrey, I have all the Neil Gaiman and Tolkien!

Most of my physical books are quite old now, but range from The da Vinci Code through American Gods and The Silence of the Lambs to graphic novels such as Maus and The Dark Knight Returns. I do have all the Harry Potter books, but use them mainly for reference in my FF writing. As well, of course, as the complete Sherlock Holmes.

Non-fiction varies from The Man in the Ice, about Otzi, the ice-mummy found in the Alps, through autobiographies of two noted forensic pathologists and a forensic anthropologist to The Suspicions of Mr Whicher.

As a family, we have, of course The Complete Works of Shakespeare, an historical atlas as well as a normal one, a Thesaurus and two bibles, one Revised Standard and one King James (with Apocrypha) pulpit Bible.

Obviously, we have more, these are a sample. But I have tons of stuff on my Kindle and PC, much of it downloaded for free from Internet Sacred Texts Archive and Project Gutenberg.
